Celebrant

Once you have confirmed your wedding date we will then recommend a marriage celebrant to conduct the ceremony. The marriage celebrant will discuss legal procedures with you, as well as the ceremony content.

Flowers

A bridal bouquet and button hole is included in both the Romantic and Ultimate Wedding Package. All styles are negotiable, depending on seasonality and availability of flowers.

If you would like to design your own bouquet, an upgrade fee will apply. To help us find the right style for you, please send us any photos you may have. Additional flowers can be arranged for your ceremony or reception, including:

• Bridesmaids bouquets

• Mens' button holes

• Ladies' dress corsage

• Ladies' wrist corsage

• Hair flowers

Cake

The wedding package includes a wedding cake for 2 -12 people. Cake choices are chocolate mud cake with traditional white icing, chocolate ganache or sponge cake with traditional white icing.

If you would prefer a specific style or type of cake, provide us with a photo and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote. The price will vary according to size and style.

Wedding Reception Decor

Your Wedding Coordinator can tailor a reception to suit the size and style of your wedding. Reception decorations include (charges apply):

• Rose petals scattered

• Chair covers and sashes

• Table runners

• Personalised menus

• Floral arrangements

• Flowers placed in sash on back of chair

• Float bowls with candles and flowers

Hair & Makeup

Bedarra Island does not have a hair or makeup artist at the resort. However, we can recommend the services of an artist in Cairns for your hair and makeup. It is important to keep in mind that the cost of flights, accommodation and services will be your responsibility.
