In 2009, Bedarra introduced a new and exciting series of fine food and wine events known as the Gourmet Series Weekends. These weekends are a collaborative showcase of the very finest Wine and Cuisine set against the backdrop of this stunning luxury tropical island. Presenting such esteemed names as Bollinger, Louis Roederer, Croser, Chandon, Katnook Estate & Petaluma, feedback from our guests has been overwhelming.

 

Bedarra is therefore very excited to announce the continuation of this series into 2010 and beyond. This gourmet food and wine series has attracted a loyal following and Bedarra is presently planning 7 new and exciting weekend events, which will be detailed here once finalised. Led by Bedarra's Executive Chef Geoffrey Crabbe, the Resort's culinary team will create seven-course gourmet degustation menus, using fresh local produce and ingredients to expertly compliment the featured wine or Champagne.

 

As with the 2009 Series, it is our aim to continue to offer these incredible experiences at no additional charge to our guests and we look forward in welcoming all devotees to the finest things in life.
