At Bedarra, exceptional wine is something you can take for granted. We love sourcing and featuring a diverse and ever changing range of wines, some well known and others you will enjoy getting to know. We understand the importance of great wine and the part it plays in not only the dining experience, but also in those quiet intimate moments when a special wine becomes a very special memory.

Accordingly, an extensive range of wine is included as part of your Bedarra experience. These wines are selected by our highly experienced dining room staff as a true reflection of their maker, variety and regional identity.  For those seeking out something more elusive or unique, we also offer an extensive range of wines on our Cellar Master List for an additional change.  However, if all this talk of wine isn’t to your liking, a not so humble beer, spirit, cocktail or liqueur in the Lounge Bar will do just nicely.

The ‘eclectic’ wine list at Bedarra has won us a listing in the Australian Gourmet Traveller WINE magazine’s Wine List of the Year 2010 Awards.



All guests will receive a complimentary bottle of Bollinger Champagne on arrival at their villas, with residents of the premium Bedarra accommodations (the Points and Pavilions) being delivered a chilled bottle with canapes each and every day of their visit.
