Written into folklore, the Bedarra Bar is no myth!
When we introduce new guests to our bar, we explain that they should treat it like their own bar at home. Of course it has all the essentials but why limit your adventure to just our stunning beaches and tropical rainforest walks?
Every flavour has a partner, so why not indulge in the adventure of creating your very own Bedarra Cocktail. For inspiration we have a number of cocktail making bibles or there is always the very popular "trial and error" approach. With regular and inpromptu guest cocktail making competitons you could become a star of the Bedarra Bar.
Or, you could simply relax and allow our skilled staff to mix you into an afternoon frenzy with a combination of "White Ladies, Fruit Tingles, Classic Martinis or the GM's favourite, a Miami Mojito
